Children from Preschool through 6th grade are currently studying the Bible with materials prepared and published by LifeWay Christian Resources. Bible Teaching for Kids provides a balanced approach to central Bible concepts, essential Bible skills, and foundational Bible stories for babies through preteens. The Bible Teaching for Kids three year scope and sequence plan uses a precept-upon-precept approach to teach Bible concepts, skills, and stories.  Biblical learning in each age group builds upon previous learning.

 

At RHBC we believe in laying strong Biblical foundations meant to establish the faith of young believers, and bring unsaved children to the realization of their great need for a savior.  This God-honoring, Christ-exalting teaching is Biblically sound, and reinforced with Scripture memory and creative expression, review games and more.  The Bible is our "text book"; we endeavor to impress the importance of understanding what we read and hear from God's Word. 

 

Our children's teachers are committed to the nurture and training of young lives to the glory of God.  We believe the health and faithful witness of Christ's church on the earth are connected with education of the next generation.
