Happy New Year! I can't believe 2011 is now behind us. God has been so good. His blessings are so abundant - in times of joy and even in times of grief and sorrow. We have seen the Children's Ministry grow this year. Our children's division Christmas party was a huge success with more in attendance than ever before. We added new teachers in the children's area in 2011 – joining us have been Loretta Daniels and Elizabeth Lalrinmawia in Sunday School and Anne Bruton in Mission Kids with Children in Action on Wednesday nights. Praise the Lord for these women who answered God's call to minister with children!

Many of you have heard that Whitney Hooper, who has been leading our Kids Worship, has taken a job out of town and has moved back to Brownwood, Texas. She will be greatly missed. However, that leaves us with a great need in Kids Worship for a music leader. Please prayerfully consider answering God's call for you to lead music in Kids Worship. Our schedule has changed and we will be meeting only on the 1st and 2nd Sundays of every month. I know the person(s) we need are already here among us. Listen and see what God may be telling you and then don't hesitate to be obedient to that call.
