As I write this, we are finalizing plans to take ten boys and three girls to Preteen Camp at Latham Springs the week of July 25 – 29. Thank you for your prayers and financial support making it possible for these boys and girls to attend camp with us. I look forward to sharing a full camp report with you when we get back.

It’s hard to believe August is here. I’m looking forward to a few days of vacation this month, but before that happens we have an opportunity for our kids. Friday, August 5 is our summer Parents’ Night Out. Parents, bring your kids to church and then go enjoy an evening together. Parents’ Night Out (PNO) is $5 per child with a $15 cap per family. The evening includes dinner, crafts, games, and a video. We always have lots of fun from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Parents’ Night Out.

Back to School is right around the corner and we’ll celebrate the end of summer vacation on Wednesday, August 24.
